Scientific knowledge and technical innovation have vastly helped in improving the life of man, and removing diseases and ignorance. But'they have not helped in creating :environment which could be favorable to life's full worth. Man has sadly created an imbalance between himself :and nature. The very instruments which were supposed to help -man, have created many problems. Today man stands on the brink of annihilation as a result of environmental pollution
